Privacy Policy

The short version

This site is a pre-launch waitlist. We collect what you type into the signup form, we count votes anonymously, and we run analytics without cookies. We do not sell data, we do not run advertising trackers, and you can have your entry deleted with one email.

What we collect when you join the waitlist

Exactly what you give us in the form: an email address or a public Telegram username (whichever you chose), your segment (forecaster or channel), the categories you picked, and, for channels, the channel link, rough size, and niche you entered.

Alongside it we store the moment you joined, your place in the signup order, your personal referral code, the referral code you arrived through (if any), and, when your browser carries them, the campaign tags (UTM parameters) and the site that referred you. That is the whole record; you can ask us for a copy of yours at any time.

Votes and rate limiting

The Yes/No votes on this page (the Heart Pendant and the GRAM question) are stored as two anonymous counters per market. No account, no identity, nothing that links a vote to you. The one-vote-per-device rule lives in your own browser's storage and is never transmitted.

To keep the signup form from being abused, we briefly count signups per network address. The address is stored only as a short cryptographic hash, and the counter expires within an hour. We never store your raw IP address with your waitlist entry.

Analytics, without cookies

We use PostHog configured in cookieless mode: it keeps its state in page memory, sets no cookies, writes nothing to your device, and cannot recognize you when you come back. It records product events such as page views, clicks on the signup buttons, votes, scroll depth, and completed signups, tied to a random identifier that dies when you leave the page.

If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we do not load analytics at all.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no cookies. None, of any kind.

It keeps a few small values in your browser's local storage so things work: which way you voted (so the widget shows your choice), the referral code and campaign tags you arrived with (so your signup can credit the person who invited you), and a per-session flag for the loading screen. These values stay in your browser; only the referral information is sent to us, once, inside your own signup.

Where your data lives

Vercel hosts the site and serves it from its edge network. Upstash (Redis) stores the waitlist and the vote counters. Resend delivers the one confirmation email to email signups and therefore processes your address. PostHog processes the cookieless analytics events. CoinGecko provides the GRAM price shown in the footer; that request happens from our server and carries nothing about you.

Each of these providers processes data only to run its part of the service. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.

What we use it for

Three things: to open your access when your place in line comes up, to send the confirmation that holds your spot and carries your referral link, and to credit referrals honestly. Analytics is used in aggregate, to understand whether the site does its job.

How long we keep it

Waitlist entries live until early access onboarding is complete or until you ask us to delete yours, whichever comes first. Rate-limit counters expire within an hour. Vote counters are anonymous aggregates and keep no personal component to expire.

Your rights

Ask and we will show you your entry, correct it, or delete it entirely. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA) these are your legal rights; here they are simply how the product behaves for everyone.

Age

The waitlist is for adults: you must be at least 18, or older where your jurisdiction sets a higher bar for services like this. If a minor's data reached us, we will delete it as soon as we learn of it.

Changes

As the product grows past a waitlist, this policy will grow with it, and the date below the title will always tell you when it last changed. Material changes to what we collect will be visible here before they happen.
