What this site is
Oraculore is a social forecasting platform being built on Telegram and TON. What you are looking at today is its pre-launch site: a description of the product and a waitlist for early access. Using this site or joining the waitlist means you accept these terms.
During early access the platform runs in points mode: positions, records, and leaderboards are real, but points hold no monetary value, cannot be purchased, and cannot be redeemed for anything. Nothing on this site is an offer of a financial product or service.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist reserves a place in the signup order, identified by the email address or public Telegram username you give us. One entry per person; submitting the same identity again returns your existing spot rather than creating a new one.
Your place in line is your signup order, moved up for people who join through your personal referral link. A waitlist position is a queue, not a promise: it orders invitations, it does not guarantee a date, a feature set, or that early access opens in your region.
We may remove entries that abuse the mechanics: invented identities, automated signups, referral farming, or anything else that games the order at the expense of people who joined honestly.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or older where your jurisdiction sets a higher bar, and legally permitted to use a service like this where you live. Availability varies by region and is subject to local law. If the law where you are and these terms disagree, do not use the service.
Points
Points are a score, nothing else. They hold no monetary value, are not a currency, a security, a deposit, or a claim on anything, cannot be bought or sold, and can be adjusted or reset during early access, including to correct errors or abuse. Building a record in points mode is the product; converting points into anything is not.
Markets and resolution
Every market on the platform names a public source of truth before the first position is taken, and resolves against that source. Creators propose markets; they never decide outcomes. Resolutions can be disputed within the published dispute window, in the open, after which they are final. Market questions, probabilities, and examples shown on this site are illustrations of the mechanism, not live financial information.
Conduct
Do not manipulate markets, abuse referral mechanics, operate multiple accounts to farm standings, scrape the waitlist endpoints, or interfere with other users or with the service itself. We may limit, suspend, or close access for anyone who damages the integrity of the platform, and integrity is the platform.
Your content and ours
The site, its design, its text, and its marks belong to Oraculore. What you submit through the waitlist stays yours; you give us the permission we need to store and use it for running the waitlist, as described in the Privacy Policy.
If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve the product without owing you anything for them. Feedback is a gift in both directions.
No advice
Nothing here is financial, investment, or legal advice. Forecasts are opinions with a score attached. Sources named for markets (exchanges, publications, official scorecards) are independent of us and not endorsements.
The service, as it is
This is a pre-launch product and it behaves like one: we may change, pause, or discontinue any part of it, including the waitlist itself, while early access takes shape. The site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law lets us say so, and our liability connected to a free pre-launch waitlist is limited to the fullest extent the law allows.
Changes, operator, and contact
We will update these terms as the product evolves; the date under the title tells you when. The operating company for the real-money phase, and the governing law that comes with it, will be named here before that phase begins. Until then this site is operated by the Oraculore team.
